**Description: **
Associates will be responsible for assisting in the customization of pre-assembled containment units/ custom enclosures for clients. The position mainly consists of feeding their 3-axis Hoffman CNC machine which cuts the holes into the custom enclosure piece. The associate will then remove the material from the machine & perform finishing actions on the custom unit, rounding out edges, deburring extra material, sanding the cuts or performing assembly tasks. Eventually, as the associate masters the basics, they will be taught more. They will learn how to utilize the program that the CNC machine runs on, which allows for the customization of each piece within the CNC machine. They will be taught how to operate forklifts, learn how to perform Stud & PEMS welding on assemblies & operate the CNC machine more completely.
**Qualifiers: **
Should be able to operate a computer, hand & power tools. Needs to have good English reading & verbal comprehension as well. High attention to detail & an ability to be trained is a must.
Physical requirements:
Associates are expected to lift 50lb semi-regularly, be on feet majority of their day, utilize both hands, able to walk between department areas etc.
