Summary of Responsibilities:
Develop and implement MICE & Wedding strategies to achieve revenue targets and increase market share
Lead, manage and motivate the MICE & Wedding team to ensure they are meeting targets and delivering exceptional results
Develop and maintain relationships with key clients to drive revenue growth
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and develop appropriate responses
Work collaboratively with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing and promotional campaigns to drive MICE & Wedding sales
Provide regular updates to senior management on MICE & Wedding performance, market trends, and revenue projections
Ensure all MICE & Wedding processes are efficient and effective, and adhere to company policies and procedures
