What You’ll Do
As the Assistant Executive Housekeeper, you will:
Support the Executive Housekeeper in maintaining brand cleanliness standards in guest rooms and public areas.
Assist with supervising, training, and motivating housekeeping staff to deliver exceptional guest service.
Conduct inspections to ensure rooms and public areas meet quality and safety standards.
Help plan work schedules and room assignments to ensure efficient operations with minimal disruption to guests.
Assist in onboarding and training new housekeeping team members.
Communicate openly with staff, providing guidance and support to help them succeed.
Support inventory management and ordering of housekeeping supplies.

Skills, Education, and Experience
Experience as a Room Attendant or similar housekeeping role preferred.
Strong attention to detail and ability to complete tasks thoroughly.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Physical Demands
Must be able to stand for prolonged periods.
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
Must be able to navigate hotel premises, including stairs and service areas.
