We are seeking motivated Pastry Assistants to support our Executive Chef in delivering this unique culinary experience. Work in a vibrant and fast-paced environment to help create delightful pastries that captivate our audience.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in rolling out dough to specified thickness with precision.
• Help stuff dough with consistent filling.
• Aid in cutting dough into uniform swirls, ensuring high-quality presentation.
• Support in topping pastries with mango, ube, coconut, and various sprinkles.
• Assist with packaging finished pastries efficiently for distribution.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace.
• Adhere to food safety and quality control standards.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth workflow.

Qualifications:

• Experience in a kitchen or bakery setting preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and complete tasks on time.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of food safety regulations is a plus.
