Role Overview: As an Assistant Project Manager, you will be crucial in maintaining the flow of project documentation, a key to our project successes. You’ll collaborate closely with a dedicated project manager, gaining invaluable mentoring and exposure to every facet of construction management. You’ll be directly interacting with estimators, superintendents, project owners, architects and trade partners to help turn over a successful projects.
Highlight of responsibilities: - Manage the project documentation, submittal and RFI process
- Compile and post job site safety boards
- Assist with preparing subcontracts and purchase orders
- Tracking material lead times
- Assist with the change order process
- Manage the project closeout procedure
- Utilize Project Management Software (Procore)

Who We Are Looking For: - Minimum 1 year specific Assistant Project Management or Project Engineer Construction Experience or a Construction related Degree is required for this position.
