Licensed Dispensary looking for Model Budtenders. Hourly base pay @ $18-21 / hour + individual tips (no tip sharing) Tips will be ranging from $10-30 an hour. If interested, please apply with a resume

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and engage with customers, providing exceptional service and guidance on our wide variety of products.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, products, and regulations to provide accurate information to customers.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
• Participate in marketing and promotional events to represent the brand and attract new customers.
• Build lasting relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
• Accurately process sales transactions and maintain inventory records.

Qualifications:

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of cannabis strains, products, and consumption methods is a plus.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and maintain a professional appearance.
