Skills: Proficient in food handling techniques and culinary skills, particularly in sushi preparation. Experience in fine dining environments with a focus on high-quality presentation. Strong knowledge of various types of fish, seafood, and other ingredients used in sushi making. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment while maintaining attention to detail. Familiarity with menu planning and meal preparation processes within the food industry. Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively within the kitchen staff. Previous experience in catering or dietary departments is a plus.
