PEAK, Newell's branded improvement strategy, is fundamental to that goal. A Center of Excellence with a deep competency in implementation PEAK PACS in a Factory/Warehouse setting is a crucial element in our future success. **Responsibilities:** + Provide guidance and alignment in support of the global Continuous Improvement Agenda working with Plant leaders and system leaders to assure ownership and timelines are met + Integrate with the current site and central Continuous Improvement teams in performing training to support the business + Build the capability of the key internal resources needed to deliver on critical initiatives + Foster key relationships within the team + Provide analytics and business intelligence to support project selection, root-cause analysis, project validation, etc. + Drive integrated project plan to implement and deliver business results + Ensure that Continuous Improvement work is impacting both results, and the culture change including: + Capability building for setting, tracking and problem-solving measures + Total employee involvement + Linkages of individual and team activities to losses and the business need + Successful implementation of large capital projects on time and on budget **Qualifications:** + Bachelor's degree + Experience leading a project and managing a timeline + Experienced working in a factory or warehouse with automation and systems + Experience with a Continuous Improvement methodology (TPM, Lean, Six Sigma) + Proven team member in collaboration of projects within facility \#LI-DM1 Newell Brands (NASDAQ: NWL) is a leading global consumer goods company with a strong portfolio of well-known brands, including Rubbermaid, Sharpie, Graco, Coleman, Rubbermaid Commercial Products, Yankee Candle, Paper Mate, FoodSaver, Dymo, EXPO, Elmer's, Oster, NUK, Spontex and Campingaz.
