Job Title: Senior Estimator Location: Remote Job Type: Full-Time Contract Position Overview We are actively seeking a highly experienced Senior Estimator to join our dynamic team. This role involves preparing detailed cost estimates for a variety of construction projects, including soccer stadiums, arenas, and renovation/masterplan initiatives. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver accurate, comprehensive, and timely estimates. Key Responsibilities + Prepare detailed estimates including quantity take-offs, material pricing, labor costs per man-hour, and equipment costs + Define and quantify scope of work and develop conceptual, budgetary, and construction cost estimates + Review historical data and compile summary reports to inform future estimates + Work on high-profile projects such as stadiums, arenas, and sports training facilities + Collaborate with cross-functional teams and participate in client-facing discussions Required Skills & Experience + 10+ years of estimating experience + Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field + Proficiency in Bluebeam and Microsoft Office Suite + Proven experience estimating stadiums, arenas, and sports facilities + Strong collaboration and communication skills + Client-facing experience Preferred Qualifications + PMP or PE certification + Experience in architectural, structural, and civil estimation + Background in project management, construction management, and commercial construction + Familiarity with Revit + Open to candidates with relevant project experience from 5-7 years ago Work Environment & Benefits + Fully remote position + Weekly pay + Paid time off and paid holidays + Full benefits package offered + Opportunity to work on high-impact, nationally recognized projects Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of New York, NY. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $90.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
