Primary Purpose: The Director, Talent Acquisition and Talent Management is an enterprise leader responsible for building and executing Exelon’s talent acquisition strategy — ensuring the company attracts the future-ready workforce needed to power a cleaner, brighter future. This individual will be part of the Talent COE Leadership Team, which is responsible for owning and driving Exelon’s multi-year Talent Transformation effort, reimagining all aspects of talent management in order to drive breakthrough people and business results.
This role leads the design and delivery of an integrated enterprise-wide Talent Acquisition strategy that encompasses talent branding, sourcing, candidate experience, university recruiting, strategic capability building, and onboarding. The Director also serves as the enterprise integrator for workforce development initiatives that create early pathways to Exelon careers, aligning partnerships and programs across operating companies and communities.
Serving as a connector across the enterprise, this role requires strong collaboration, consultation, and creativity to deliver scalable, innovative solutions in partnership with HR Operations, operating company HR teams, and other Talent Management leaders.
