NOW HIRING DUMP TRUCK DRIVERS – TALLULAH, LOUISIANA

JTB Construction has dump truck work available in Tallulah, LA , starting January 5th . This is a great opportunity to keep trucks moving and earn steady pay while local work is slowed due to weather.

Job Location

• Tallulah, Louisiana
• Rotation-based (some time at home possible but not guaranteed )

Schedule

• 6 days per week
• 10–12 hours per day
• Two-week rotation
• Company van provided for Saturday rotations

Pay & Compensation (Per Load)

• $70 per load for loads 1–4
• 5th load pays $80 (when completed)
• Average: 4 loads/day
• Per Diem: $50/day
• Hotel provided
• Travel days & Sundays: no load pay, but $50 per diem provided

Example Weekly Pay (with Per Diem):

• 4 loads/day = $1,980/week
• 5 loads/day = up to $2,460/week

Important Pay Details

• Pay is strictly per load
• No hourly pay and no overtime
• No minimum number of loads guaranteed
• Production depends on weather, traffic, and site conditions

Regulatory Notice

This project qualifies as interstate commerce under federal DOT and Motor Carrier Act regulations. As a result, drivers are exempt from overtime pay and are compensated on a per-load basis only.
