Plasman is currently seeking a new member to join our Plasman Cleveland  team as a:

GENERAL MANAGER

Plasman is seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to join our team as a General Manager. This pivotal role requires a leader who can drive strategic initiatives, foster a collaborative environment, and achieve operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement company strategies to achieve business growth and profitability.
• Lead cross-functional teams and promote a culture of collaboration and innovation.
• Monitor industry trends and adapt strategies to maintain competitive advantage.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards within the organization.
• Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams.
• Direct operational and financial activities to optimize resource allocation and drive efficiency.
• Ensure personal and associate awareness of all quality and business-related operating systems (ISO/IATF).

Qualifications, Skills and Experience We're Looking For

• Post secondary degree or diploma in Business Administration, Management, ore related field, with preference to those who have advanced degrees.  A combination of education, training and years working experience will be considered.
  Proven experience as a General Manager or in a similar leadership role within an automotive manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of business operations, financial acumen, and budget management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to make strategic decisions and lead initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a strategic mindset.
• Demonstrable ability to lead and engage teams towards achieving common goals.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis and performance/operation metrics.
• Tech-savvy with experience in relevant software applications.
