This iconic hotel features 1,628 guestrooms and 320,000 square feet of event space with stunning Pacific Ocean and city views. We are looking for the very best to join our AAA 4-Diamond Hotel, featured in the Top 10 of all Meeting Hotels in the United States per Cvent.
The Room Attendant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the guest rooms assigned. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Clean and tidy guest rooms according to hotel standards, including changing linens, making beds, vacuuming, dusting, and cleaning bathrooms.
Ensure all amenities and supplies are replenished in guest rooms.
Report any maintenance issues or damages to appropriate personnel for prompt resolution.
Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests or inquiries.
Address any guest concerns regarding room cleanliness or amenities in a professional manner.
WAGE: The hourly rate for this position is $27.50/hr. This is the pay we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual pay decisions will depend on a variety of factors, including experience, qualifications, education, and operational needs.
SHIFT: flexibility in availability is appreciated for this role

Qualifications

Previous Housekeeping experience is highly preferred
A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment.
Refined verbal and written communication skills
Ability to lift, pull, and push a moderate weight
Open availability including weekends and holidays
