Human Resource Coordinator

Location: Tulsa, OK

Pay: $20–$25 per hour

Employment Type: Contract with potential to hire

Job Summary

System One is seeking a Human Resource Coordinator to provide essential administrative and functional support to the HR department. This role will also act as a backfill for the Recruiting Coordinator, Front Desk Assistant, and Benefits Specialist as needed. We are looking for a detail-oriented, adaptable HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys supporting multiple HR functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Exemplify and promote company Core Behaviors across the organization

  • Support and reinforce a strong culture of safety

  • Administer and maintain LMS, ADP, and performance systems, ensuring timely resolution of employee and management system issues

  • Track, maintain, and analyze HR-related KPIs (LMS, time-to-fill, temporary agency metrics, etc.)

  • Support the companywide training program: create AI-enhanced content, assign training, partner with SMEs, and track training reporting

  • Serve as the main point of contact for temporary staffing agencies and maintain temp employee lists and agreements

  • Respond to HR inbox inquiries within 24 hours

  • Process pre-hire functions including background checks, drug screens, and offer letters

  • Track employee referral program and Tuition Reimbursement

  • Conduct onboarding in ADP and assist with recruiting efforts and projects

  • Schedule interviews (Teams, in-person, and phone)

  • Prepare weekly, quarterly, and annual HR reporting

  • Collaborate with HR team members on special projects

  • Lead BaseCamp employee engagement activities (potlucks, contests, etc.)

  • Support ISO processes, audits, and compliance

  • Perform additional HR duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of Human Resources experience preferred

  • Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office Suite

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

  • Strong customer service and communication skills

  • Critical thinker with sharp attention to detail

  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work environments
