Maintain candidate records, follow-ups, and timely closures. Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience. Operations Support Responsibilities: Assist in onboarding formalities, documentation, and employee joining processes. Maintain and update employee databases, attendance, and HR records. Support payroll inputs by collecting attendance and leave data. Help in preparing HR reports, letters (offer, appointment, relieving), and MIS. Coordinate with internal teams for HR-related tasks and requirements. Assist in employee engagement activities and office administration when required. Required Skills & Competencies Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good understanding of recruitment processes and sourcing methods. Basic knowledge of HR operations and documentation.
