Position Overview:

We’re seeking a skilled and motivated HVAC Installer/Service Technician to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for installing, servicing, and maintaining heating and cooling systems in residential and light commercial properties. You’ll work independently and as part of a team to provide top-notch service to our customers. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, dependable, and have a passion for quality work.

Responsibilities:

• Install and service a variety of HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ventilation systems.
• Diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC equipment to ensure optimal performance and energy efficiency.
• Perform routine inspections, maintenance, and troubleshooting of systems.
• Follow company and industry safety standards on all installations and service calls.
• Provide exceptional customer service, explaining system issues and options for repair or replacement.
• Maintain accurate records of work completed, parts used, and labor time for each job.
• Stay up-to-date with industry standards and new HVAC technologies.

Qualifications:

• HVAC certification or equivalent experience required.
• EPA certification preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as an HVAC installer or service technician.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical diagrams.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
