Responsibilities:JOB PURPOSE:
Manages assigned personnel and coordinates the activity of assigned personnel in order to provide
effective security services to PHC. Enforces all PHC regulations, and applicable state and federal laws.
Supports all security functions to maintain a safe and secure environment. Responsible for the safe de-escalation of critical events and the use of sound judgment in the engagement with combative or escalating subjects. Advocates crime prevention and a secure work environment through observation, interaction, and intervention. Works as part of the System Public Safety Leadership Team in support of the System Director of Public Safety as well as the local entity Executive Leader.
