Accountabilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with growth goals.
  • Manage all marketing channels, including website, social media, email, and paid advertising.
  • Drive lead generation, conversion optimization, and customer retention efforts.
  • Track key marketing KPIs and optimize campaigns for performance.
  • Oversee the development of engaging, high-quality content.
  • Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all communication channels.
  • Plan and execute presence at conferences and industry events.
  • Manage website content and SEO to drive organic traffic and conversions.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, product, and customer success teams.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in SaaS, research, or higher education markets.
  • Proven track record in demand generation and content marketing.
  • Strong expertise in digital marketing, including SEO and paid ads.
  • Experience managing events, webinars, and conferences.
  • Excellent writing, communication, and storytelling skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Familiarity with marketing tools such as HubSpot and Google Analytics.
