Physician Assistant Opportunity – Med-Ped Practice (Westside El Paso, TX)

Compensation: $110,000 – $125,000 (first year, based on experience) + Full Benefits Package.

Setting: Outpatient Clinic (No Hospital Rounds).

Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday.

Join a well-established Med-Peds (Internal Medicine & Pediatrics) practice on the Westside of El Paso, Texas , dedicated to providing high-quality, compassionate care to patients of all ages. We are seeking a motivated and caring Physician Assistant (PA) to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a provider who enjoys variety in patient care — from pediatrics to adults — in a supportive, collaborative outpatient environment.

Position Highlights:

• Work closely with experienced physicians in a dual-specialty practice treating both adult and pediatric patients.
• 100% outpatient – no hospital or weekend rounds required.
• Competitive first-year salary between $110,000 and $125,000 , depending on experience.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct patient exams, diagnose illnesses, and manage treatment plans for both adult and pediatric patients.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and perform routine procedures as needed.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in the EMR system.
• Educate patients and families on preventive care, medications, and chronic disease management.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program.
• Current Texas PA license (or ability to obtain prior to start).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
