We’re seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Remote Data Entry Specialist to support our administrative and clinical operations. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining client and operational data within our systems. You will play a key role in ensuring data integrity, supporting internal teams, and upholding strict confidentiality standards in a fully remote work environment.
Previous experience in data entry, administrative support, or clerical roles .
Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment .
Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and data management systems .
Reliable internet connection and ability to meet deadlines consistently.
Understanding of confidentiality and handling sensitive information (HIPAA knowledge preferred).
