The Site is a Major Automaker in Livonia, MI.** **Candidates Must Sucessfully Complete Level 2 Training, such as Confined Space Rescue, Incipient Fire Fighting, Hazardous Materials Training, etc.** **Candidates Must Be Clean-Shaven In Order to Complete This Training.** + **The Position Starts At $23.84/ hour.** + **The Schedule Is** **Fri., Sat., & Sun., 2P-10P, & Mon, & Tues., 10P-6A.** + **Weekly pay and Daily pay options available.** + **Security and Supervisory experience preferred.** + Allied Universal Services is currently searching for a **Professional Security Shift Supervisor** . + Must have valid drivers license for more than one year. The **Security Shift Supervisor** will supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality services on a specific shift at an assigned customer. The Shift Supervisor will act as a liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager and professional security officers. Supervise staff on assigned shift, providing coaching, recognition and discipline within approved empowerment range.. **Responsibilities:** + Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out safety and security procedures, site-specific policies and when appropriate, emergency response activities + Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem solving manner + Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter. Working environments and conditions may vary by client site. **Minimum Requirements:** + Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles + Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience + As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
