Salary: $80,000 - 110,000 per year Requirements:

• Proven expertise in developing and enhancing D365 Finance & Operations (FnO), particularly within manufacturing and production environments.
• Strong skills in X++ programming, with a solid understanding of D365’s extensibility model and the difference between standard and custom functionalities.
• Hands-on experience with Azure services and DevOps pipelines in a D365 context.
• Background in regulated industries or manufacturing is highly desirable.
• Independent and proactive attitude, flourishing in a fast-paced environment, with clear communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Business acumen to engage with stakeholders and convert operational needs into technical solutions.
• Willingness to work on-site in Nashville at least four days per week, with potential for future travel as global expansion proceeds.

Responsibilities:

• Extend and optimize the D365 FnO platform by developing and enhancing custom functionalities, particularly in the manufacturing and production modules, while adhering to our architectural framework.
• Provide support and improvements to our custom Manufacturing Execution System (MES), considering future independent software vendor alternatives.
• Collaborate with architects, application specialists, and, at times, business users to translate requirements into effective technical solutions.
• Offer technical leadership by advising on best practices for D365 development, including discerning when to utilize standard features versus implementing custom solutions.
• Leverage Azure services and DevOps pipelines to facilitate efficient development, testing, and deployment processes.
• Ensure the delivery of high-quality code, comprehensive documentation, and compliance with regulatory and security standards.
