About the Principal Opportunity The Principal reports directly to the President and is responsible for the day-to-day academic and spiritual leadership of the Upper School. As the school's instructional leader, the Principal supports faculty and staff, upholds academic excellence, and promotes a culture that empowers young women to become confident, compassionate, and globally minded leaders.
