**Job Summary** We are seeking a skilled Functional Lead with 6 - 8 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Adobe Workfront Project Manager Adobe Workfront Fusion and Adobe Workfront along with domain experience in Payments and Cards & Payments. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can effectively manage projects and drive results in a dynamic environment. Salary and Other Compensation: The annual salary for this position is between $90,000/Year to $115,000/Year depending on the experience and other qualifications of the candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans. Cognizant reserves the right to modify this information at any time, subject to applicable law. **Responsibilities** + Lead the implementation and management of Adobe Workfront solutions to optimize project workflows and enhance team productivity. + Oversee the integration of Adobe Workfront Fusion to streamline processes and improve collaboration across departments. + Provide expert guidance on the use of Adobe Workfront tools to ensure efficient project management and delivery. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align project objectives with business goals and ensure successful outcomes. + Analyze project requirements and develop comprehensive plans to meet deadlines and budget constraints. + Monitor project progress and performance identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed. + Facilitate effective communication among stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment throughout the project lifecycle. + Develop and maintain documentation for project processes ensuring accuracy and accessibility for team members. + Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance team members proficiency in Adobe Workfront tools and methodologies. + Evaluate project outcomes and provide feedback to drive continuous improvement and innovation. + Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in the Payments and Cards & Payments domains. + Collaborate with IT and business teams to identify opportunities for process optimization and innovation. + Support the development of strategic initiatives to enhance the companys competitive advantage in the market. **Qualifications** + Possess strong expertise in Adobe Workfront Project Manager Adobe Workfront Fusion and Adobe Workfront. + Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the Payments and Cards & Payments domains. + Exhibit excellent project management skills with a proven track record of successful project delivery. + Showcase strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address complex project challenges. + Display effective communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration and teamwork. + Have a proactive and adaptable approach to managing dynamic project environments. + Hold a bachelors degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
