As a personal trainer here, you’ll play an important role in creating a safe and supportive space where people of all backgrounds can achieve their fitness goals. What You'll Do: * Training Clients: Depending on the situation, you will take groups of clients through a program built by experts in the field, or create individualized training programs tailored to private training clients' needs, fitness level, and goals. * Fitness Consultations: Conduct consultations to assess members' fitness levels and develop long-term plans that align with their goals. * Sales: Help members understand the benefits of personal training and sell appropriate packages that match their needs. * Club Maintenance: Maintain the cleanliness, safety, and organization of the club, contributing to a positive and professional atmosphere. What We Offer: * Competitive Pay: $14-$40+ per hour, plus commission on sales of personal training packages. * In-House Sales Training: We’ll help you develop the skills to thrive in a relationship-based sales environment, where promoting and selling personal training is an essential part of the role. * Continuing Education: We offer ongoing opportunities to grow through certifications, training programs, and professional development workshops. * Supportive Community: Be part of a gym where every individual’s voice is heard and valued. Requirements: * Personal Trainer Certification (must be current and from an NCCA-accredited organization, i.e. NASM, ACE, NSCA). * CPR & AED certified required; First Aid certified a plus. * Sales Experience preferred: You’ll be selling personal training packages and developing relationships with members to help them succeed. * Passion for fitness and helping others: Trainers at Anytime Fitness Westchester are dedicated to guiding members toward healthier, happier lives.
