What You’ll Do

• Lead day-to-day field operations for commercial roofing projects nationwide
• Execute job setup, daily planning, installation oversight, and closeout
• Supervise roofing crews and subcontractors
• Manage manpower, productivity, and workflow to meet schedules
• Enforce OSHA and company safety standards without exception
• Conduct daily safety meetings and jobsite inspections
• Ensure work meets plans, specifications, and quality standards
• Identify and resolve field issues early to avoid delays or rework
• Maintain daily logs, photos, and field documentation
• Serve as the primary on-site contact for clients, GCs, and inspectors
• Coordinate closely with Project Managers, Project Directors, Safety, and Operations teams

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of commercial roofing experience
• 2+ years in a lead or supervisory role
• Strong knowledge of TPO, EPDM, PVC, BUR, coatings, metal, re-roofing, and service work
• Ability to read plans, specifications, and scopes of work
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, travel-based environments
• OSHA 30 preferred (or willingness to obtain)
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass background checks
