Position: Manufacturing Engineer (Mechanical Focus)
Location: Sylmar, CA
Pay: $90,000 – $110,000/year
Experience:
2–5 years of relevant experience is preferred.
Strong hands-on aptitude with the ability to be hands-on and trainable.
Type: Full-time; Direct Hire
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm (Ability to work OT as needed)
Logic Staffing is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer (Mechanical Focus) to join our team!
Job Description:
Learn existing processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
Support process engineering activities, including workflow design, layout planning, and efficiency improvements.
Perform hands-on mechanical troubleshooting.
Collaborate with Production and Maintenance teams to ensure smooth, efficient operations.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Position Requirements:
High level of mechanical skill is required.
Understanding of CAD/SolidWorks.
PLC knowledge or experience.
Familiarity with data analysis tools.
High level of mechanical skill required.
Potential for deep mechanical involvement (hands-on, rebuilds, alignments, testing).
