You will be part of a growing 5 Star Rated Medical practice, working with physicians nominated as the 'Top-Doctors' in the Washington DC region. This position is available immediately.

Are you Customer service oriented? We are Hiring a customer service-oriented and Personable Medical Office Receptionist with experience.

We are looking for LOCAL NoVA applicants.

We are a growing and a highly rated Medical practice, with locations in Fairfax, Merrifield, and South Riding (Northern Virginia). We treat our employees very well (and we are proud of that!). You will be working with personable and professional colleagues.

You shall be performing all the Medical Receptionist duties , that are standard in an outpatient medical office. You will be responsible for checking patient Check-in, Phone call tracking, cutomer service, collecting co-pays, explaining fianacial responsibility, and other responsibilitiesthat are standard in an outpatient medical office.

You will receive orientation and training in the beginning so as to get you familiar and comfortable with our EMR and other applications. You will always have the support of our management whenever you need help.

Job requirements:

• Multiple years of Experience as Medical office receptionist is REQUIRED.
• Experience in Medical office Billing is a PLUS.
• Ability to be Empathetic and Efficient with patients at the front desk - We prioritize these qualities.
• Good Work ethic, and multi-tasking skills.
• If you have leadership skills, and are a self-starter, we will be very interested.
• A valuable quality for us: - Being Personable, Presentable and a good communicator with patients and staff
• Computer proficiency is required. We will provide you necessary training on using our EMR and some other computer applications that you will need to know to succeed here. You should be comfortable with learning the software applications that we provide training on.
• Do you have formal Training and certifications ? - You should Email us a copies of all your certificates to get your file to a higher priority.
• References are a must. From you past Job admin/supervisor. You should also List their contact info in your resume or cover letter.
